On July 17, 2025, the Holy Family Council #6831 of the Knights of Columbus celebrated a significant milestone with the installation of its new officers. The ceremony, held with great enthusiasm and camaraderie, was presided over by Virginia District 18 District Deputy Jay Hallem, District Warden Mike Carducci, and Virginia State Secretary John Knox.The newly installed officers, who will lead the council in its mission of charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism, are as follows:

The ceremony was marked by a special moment of recognition when Virginia State Secretary John Knox honored Past Grand Knight Mark Jeffers as the council’s “Unsung Hero.” In a heartfelt presentation, Knox awarded Jeffers a state pin, acknowledging his dedicated service and invaluable contributions to the council’s success.The event was further enriched by the presence and support of the officers’ wives, including Ms. Schwartz, Ms. Awtrey, Ms. Cremona, and Ms. Harris. Their attendance underscored the strong sense of community and family that defines Holy Family Council #6831.The installation ceremony not only marked the beginning of a new chapter for the council but also reaffirmed its commitment to serving the community and upholding the principles of the Knights of Columbus.
