This October, three dedicated members of the Knights of Columbus—Dave Parent, Bill Leake, and Jim Robinson—demonstrated the true spirit of community service by stepping up to help an elderly parishioner in need. The trio devoted their time and energy to assisting a woman facing health challenges, tackling the daunting task of cleaning up her yard, which was overwhelmed with fallen walnuts and other debris.
With unwavering commitment, Dave, Bill, and Jim mowed the lawn and painstakingly raked up an impressive 27 bags of walnuts, transforming the parishioner’s yard into a tidy and welcoming space. Their selfless act not only alleviated a burden for someone in need but also showcased the compassion and teamwork that define the Knights of Columbus.The Knights of Columbus have long been a pillar of service in communities worldwide, and this heartfelt effort by Dave, Bill, and Jim is a shining example of their mission to support those in need.
